Its been a looong loong journey when finally i happened to hit the golden number of my weight, through out this journey i learned a lot i experimented a lot and finally a got the result ...
and i also experienced the truth behind the phrase "God Helps Those Who Helps Themselves"...
Many criticized this experiment many appreciated it but for me it was one more learning lesson...yes a learning lesson of trying and achieving and testing my abilities ....
I still remember the day when i went to watch amir khan's movie ghajni and when i saw the scene when amir removes his t-shirt and show his "six pack abs or eight pack abs" for others it might be an sheer entertainment,fun and action but for me it was the determination ,challenge to yourself and planing, proper execution and finally delivering the result in its best form...
After that it made me realize that if u expect good u have to put good (efforts,determination,dedication and everything)....and then my journey started to achieve my target weight....
Today here i m after loosing 20 Kgs (40 Lbs) and quite satisfied for not the achievement but for the efforts and other related qualities that i managed to put in and first of all bring those qualities in me ......
I am not sure till how long i can stick to this weight or to this diet but then i m satisfied that i got the way.....
